Discover our used mobile homes for sale in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer at Camping La Borderie, fully set up on their lots and ready to use. Each model is sold “fully equipped, ” including a patio, furniture, and interior appliances (TV, refrigerator with or without a freezer, microwave, dishes, patio furniture, etc.).
We offer air-conditioned mobile homes with 2 or 3 bedrooms, manufactured in 2023 and 2024, sold at cost between 18,000 and 30,000 euros (including tax ) depending on the model. Ideal for accommodating up to 6 people, they offer comfort and modern amenities so you can fully enjoy the summer months.

Camping La Borderie offers residential lots, ideal if you already own a mobile home and want to enjoy a quiet, family-friendly setting in Charente-Maritime. We welcome new or used mobile homes that are less than 10 years old, with a €1,000 discount for any setup beginning in September 2025. Our serviced lots are available as Standard Sites (80 to 90 m²) and Comfort Sites (over 100 m²), all equipped with water, electricity, sewer service, and individual sub-meters.
Our Residential Lots
We can consider accommodating older mobile homes on a case-by-case basis: please feel free to contact us to discuss your situation. Please note that a well-maintained mobile home is not subject to eviction—unless there is a failure to pay or a violation of the rules and regulations. The sites are accessible from April 1 through September 30, with free off-season storage for your mobile home during the rest of the season. It’s the perfect solution for enjoying a true seaside getaway.
