Camping La Borderie, in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, welcomes you to its serviced residential sites— with no fees or entrance charges—at a family-friendly campground just steps from the beaches and downtown.
3 sizes of developed lots
All of our sites are equipped with water, electricity, and sewer service, with individual submeters. They can accommodate up to 6 people.
- Standard Sites: 80 to 90 m²
The classic size, and the only one eligible for our €1,000 welcome discount. - Comfort Sites: 90 to 100 m²
A little more space around your mobile home. - NEW FOR 2026 – XXL sites, ranging from 120 to 140 m²
They can accommodate a mobile home up to 10 m long—a size that few campsites offer.
The sites are available from April 1 through September 30, with free winter storage from October through March. Water and electricity are billed separately, based on actual usage, via submeters.
No age limit, no obligation to leave!
We often see on TV homeowners being forced to leave their campgrounds overnight. That’s not how we operate. A well-maintained mobile home has no age limit or mandatory move-out requirement here (unless payments are delinquent or the rules are violated). Our goal is to have you stay with us for a long time!

Since 2026, the pool and its wading pool have been covered, making for pleasant swimming from May through mid-September, even when the weather cools down. Next door, the new XXL playground with 13 slides, plus pétanque and ping-pong. In July and August, enjoy free water aerobics, dance parties, and foam parties.
